AIB Money Market Mutual Fund, Inc. (AIBMMMFI) is a low risk mutual fund in Philippine currency. It aims to optimize potential income and protect capital by investing in a diverse portfolio of short-term securities and fixed-income instruments in Philippine peso or foreign currency. These investments are highly liquid, coming from the government of the Philippines and Filipino corporations.

Robert M. Lehmann, 68, a Filipino, serves as the Chairman of the Fund and is currently the President and CEO of Amalgamated Investment Bancorporation since joining in 2017. Previously, he held roles such as Executive Vice President at Security Bank (2000-2002) and Senior Vice President at Standard Chartered New York (1999-2000). Mr. Lehmann is a director of the Philippine Eagle Foundation and Fruittropic, Inc. He earned his MBA from the University of San Francisco in 1979.

Servando B. Alvarez Jr., 60, Filipino, holds key roles as the Incorporator, Director, President, and CEO of the Fund. He also serves as the President & CEO of AIBAAMI. Since joining Amalgamated Investment Bancorporation in 1998, Mr. Alvarez has been the Chief Finance Officer and Executive Vice President of the investment house. His professional journey includes a stint as a Senior Manager in the Treasury Department at Urban Bank from 1996 to 1998 and various positions at Philam Life from 1985 to 1996. Mr. Alvarez's educational background comprises the completion of the Executive Program in International Management from Standford University - National University of Singapore in 2011 and the attainment of a Bachelors of Accountancy Degree from Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 1987.
Augusto M. Cosio Jr., 71, Filipino, is an Independent Director of the Fund with distinguished career. He served as President of First Metro Asset Management, inc. and held key positions at First Metro Investment Corporation (FMIC), including Vice President from 2006 to 2010. With extensive experience in international capital markets, he worked for Banque Nationale de Paris and Banque Paribas from 1977 to 1994, stationed in Hong Kong and Singapore. Mr. Cosio contributed significantly to the Philippine Stock Exchange, serving as President of PNB Securities Inc. in 1999. He's a resource speaker for fixed income courses at esteemed institutions, holding a degree in AB Social Science from the University of the Philippines (1974) and receiving further training in international capital markets through seminars by BNP Paribas in major global cities.

Justina F. Callangan, 71, Filipino, an Independent Director of the Fund, has a diverse professional background. She previously served on the Board as Director of various departments at the SEC, including the Securities Investor Protection Fund, Corporate Governance and Finance Department, and Corporation Finance Department. Currently, Atty. Callangan holds the position of Independent Director at ORIX Metro Leasing Finance Corporation and serves as a Consultant at ASA Philippines Foundation Inc. She is also a lecturer on SEC matters for UP Institute for the Administration of Justice, Center for Global Best Practices, Inc., Publicly-listed Companies, and other organizations. Atty. Callangan's previous roles include being the Former Chief of Staff in the Office of SEC Commissioner Fe Eloisa C. Gloria, an Assistant Professor in University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Civil Law, and a Consultant in the Listings department of the Philippine Stock Exchange. She holds a Cum Laude Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of the East, a Bachelor of Laws form San Sebastian College, and a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Santo Tomas.
Vicente A. Sarza, 71, a Filipino Independent Director of the Fund, is also on the Boards of Vitarich Corporation and HC Consumer Philippines Inc. as an Independent Director. He has served as Director and Chief Operating Officer at Mabuhay Capital Inc. and as a Consultant at Radiowealth Finance Corporation. Mr. Sarza held various leadership roles, including Chairman/President of Central Negros Power Reliability Corp., Senior Vice President at Asia United Bank Corp., Principal at KPMG Manabat Sanagustin & Co., General Manager of Trinity Insurance Consultants, Inc., and Assistant Vice President at Producers Bank of the Philippines. Additionally, he was the President & Chief Operating Officer of UCPB Savings Bank, Inc. and a Manager for United Coconut Planters Bank. He earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Ateneo de Manila University.

Key Officers
Jonef A. Samonte, 53, currently serves as the Vice President and Compliance Officer of the Fund. Before joining AIBAAMI, he held the position of Vice President and Head of Partnership Distribution Unit at First Metro Asset Management, Inc. from 2016 to 2020. Mr. Samonte also worked with Manulife Philippines from 2012 to 2016, where he was the Assistant Vice President for New Markets Develpment and Agency Recruitment and Branch Head of Perseus Branch. During his tenure at Gnostek from 2009 to 2012, he directed non-technical glass reinforced systems. From 2006 to 2009, he served as the Senior Assistant Vice President and Channel Head (Nonlife) at Generali Pilipinas Insurance, Co. Mr. Samonte also worked with One Gen Marketing Services as the General Manager and Operations Head of Agencies and Branches for American International Group (AIG) Philam Insurance. In Platinum Plans Phil., Inc. he held the position of Assistant Vice President for Specialized Marketing Services, International Operations from 2000 to 2002. Mr. Samonte completed his tertiary education at the University of the Philippines.
Stanley A. Saguinsin, 58, currently serves as the Corporate Secretary of the Fund and holds the position of Vice President and Head of Investment Banking and Capital Markets at Amalgamated Investment Bancorporation. He has been with Amalgamated Investment Bancorporation since 2000. Mr. Saguinsin earned his MBA from the Asian Institute of Management in 1991.
Marco Antonio S. Palanca, 39, presently serves as the Treasurer of the Fund and holds the position of Vice President at AIB Asia Asset Management, Inc. since 2020. Prior to his current role, he was the Head of Agency at Generali Life Assurance Philippines from 2019 to 2020, the Agency Development Department Head at First Metro Asset Management, Inc. from 2016 to 2019, and a Senior Training Officer at Manulife Philippines from 2014 to 2016. Mr. Palanca completed his Bachelor of Sports Science at the University of the Philippines Diliman in 2008.
